Send Invite

Check this box if you want to send the contact an email requesting that they register on your web site.

Caretaker Info Public

Allowing Public View lets visitors to your web site see contact information for the person -- primarily a foster/caretaker. This allows visitors to be able to contact the caretaker directly.
