My Animal List is empty

I've recently created my account with RescueGroups and configured Shelter Manager to automatically publish our adoptable kitties.

I processed an upload today and the result was 118 records uploaded but my Animal List shows "Zero"

Can you help me to "find" where the records were uploaded to?

      Thank you, I have followed the instructions provided by adding the "import" information:

      Configuration TypeAnimal Shelter Manager (ASM)



      		File Namepet.csv



      		StatusEnabled



      		Alert Email Address(es)tammy@sosrescue.org


      But it's still failing, so I'll open a ticket. Thank you

        Please review our article on importing data from ASM here:

        Importing animal data from Animal Shelter Manager

        A common issue is that organizations configure their ASM account to export data to RescueGroups.org, but do not setup the Import Account from within RescueGroups.org so that our system knows to look for the import files for your organization. The article should help you out, but if you have further questions please start a support ticket with our team to discuss private account issues.
