Where do I find it?

You can find the Animals Data Recovery page by going to Services > Account Administration > Data Recovery.

 

 

  • When you delete an animal you are really just setting the animal's status to Deleted. That means you can go back and change the status if necessary.
  • You can find all deleted animals on the Data Recovery page. Deleted animals can be restored for approximately 30 days, after that they cannot be restored after they are purged by the system.
