How do I remove My Rescue from my website menu?

There is a link to My Rescue in my organization's website. How do I remove or disable this?

      If you would like to remove the link in your menu to My Rescue, you would create a Custom Menu.

      You can then choose the webpages and website features you would like to include in your custom menu.
