How does import function work?  Animals → Imports.

      Dmitriy,

      Imports work differently depending on what kind of import you are doing.  I see you are speaking of a CSV file, which would mean following the directions here: Using the sample animal data file

      As suggested in our directions, we suggest using the sample file to fill in the animal data and then sending the file to support to import for you.  We see you have opened a support ticket and have attached a file, so one of our team members will be in contact with you shortly there.

        This page does not have instructions and links are bad.  I've created an import account, but I don't know how to upload the CSV file.  I've tried clicking on a link for one-time import, but that takes me to an error page that says "page not found".  So 1) where do I add CSV file for my import accounts and 2) what's the link for one-time import?
