I do not believe there is a way to reorder the forms on the built in Online Forms web page.
However, you could opt to not use that web page and instead create your own page with links to the forms, or add link to the forms directly on other pages. Let us know if you need information on how to get the link to the form by opening a support ticket.
There are a few things I noticed on your Forms list that may also be helpful to you as well as other organizations who may read your question.
A Contact Us form for your Website:
There is a built in feature that allows a user to email you from your website so creating a form to send you an email is not needed. Here is more on this feature: Accepting Calls from your website
Animal Sponsorships:
There are some built in features for animal sponsorships that are automatic and creating a sponsorship form is not needed. While you may still prefer to use your form, it might be helpful to know about the built in features and how they automate animal sponsorships and be a timesaver.

Currently, they appear in the order in which they were created, but I would like them grouped by type (e.g. adoption forms together at the top of the list). I was unable to change the order by editing one of the forms or by disabling and re-enabling in a specific order.
