Regrettably, the field does not exist in a custom view (meaning the Created Date on a Submitted form), users cannot add it as a field to a view. However, it's certainly something we could consider adding in the future. I would recommend that you add a feature request in our Jira tracking system as described in the article below:

The Submitted Date changes when the Animal they are interested in changes and we try to process our Applications in the order they were created. I can see the Created Date in the Edit Form Detail Screen but I can't figure out how to display it in a view.
