How can I submit a feature request or idea for an improvement to the RescueGroups.org services?

      We'd love to hear from you if you have an idea for an improvement or new feature!

      Please submit your idea to our database here:

      You can search to be sure the idea has not already been posted.  Please be sure to vote for the ideas that you want to see us implement, and also watch the ideas that you want to follow and receive alerts about.

      The login to the User Guide and JIRA systems are not your regular RescueGroups.org user name and password!  You can login to the tracking system using the same User Name and Password that you use to post Questions and Comments in our User Guide.

        Is the Jira still being reviewed? I have 4 tickets going back to 2020 (one just created today) that haven't been touched (no comment, no priority change, nothing) by staff. Judging by the dashboard, it doesn't see a lot of traffic (10 tickets created since May).
