If your organization is using the RescueGroups.org Website Service, a user can register on your website before filling out and submitting an Online Form. They would then be able to login using the My Rescue feature to view their submitted applications. If they do not register on your RescueGroups.org Website, they will not be able to do this.

There isn't a way to automatically send them their form contents without using the My Rescue feature. However, this is certainly something we could consider in a future update. We also could greatly benefit from this feature... was it ever made available? Or can I contribute support to the request for that as a new feature?

Thanks Michelle. Will definitely fill out a feature request because we are 100% volunteers and don't have the bandwidth to walk people through logging into a website to check their apps. We disable all users who aren't volunteers with our group for just that reason, and would prefer they have a copy go right to their inbox so they can reference it at any time. Appreciate your response!

Is there a way for an applicant to automatically receive a copy of their submitted form, either in plain text or as a PDF attachment? All they receive right now is our automated response thanking them for their submission.
