When we try to do this from our website, it adds the form to our own contact information. How do we submit a form for someone else?

Mine is not an answer because I'm not understanding the question, but I'm going to try.  If someone is having a problem with submitting an adoption application, I can't do it for them because my personal information populates the log in and it goes to my personal information.  If I want to submit Joe Blow's application, I have to log out of rescue groups, go back into rescue groups but not log in, go to features, submitted forms, then add the form.  Did I understand that correctly?

Candy, thanks for answering. I've provided the instructions below.

Note: Do not login to your RescueGroups.org Website instead follow the instructions below.

To submit a form for someone else:

    Go to RescueGroups.org, click Login.

On the next screen enter your Account number, User name and Password and click Login.

Go to Features > Submitted Forms

Click the Submit a Form button

So, I'm trying this out and when I open rescuegroups.org I don't see where "features" is located. As soon as I hit "log in" it takes me to my page.  I logged out of my page and when I hit "log in" it wants me to either accept my information or, it wants me to register.  Is that what I have to do in order to get to the features?

Candy, when you click Login from the main Rescuegroups.org website, it takes you to the Management interface log in page, where you enter your Account Number, Username, Password. I'll update the instructions. Once you are logged into the Management Interface, you go to Features > Submitted Forms.
