As a Submitted Form makes its way through your process (ex., adoption process) you will want to update the form's Status.
When the Submitted Form reaches the end of your process you should update it with one of the non-Pending statuses as listed in this article:

That way on your pending / open Submitted Forms will be listed on the Default view of the Submitted Forms list. Otherwise the list will grow and it may take a long time to populate.

My Submitted Forms list is very slow and doesn't show up some times (gets stuck on "Loading"). Is there a recommended workflow for the Submitted Forms so we don't have so many forms in the active list?
