How do I close a form?

   Having hundreds of forms with an open (pending) status will cause your default data table to load slowly.

   This is why it's best to change the status of open (pending) forms to a status that is (not pending) and close older forms. NOTE: Closing forms does not delete them.

   Here's how to change a form status:

   1. Login to RescueGroups.org
   2. Go to Contacts > Submitted Forms
   3. Click on the Edit icon next to the submitted form
   4. Change the status to one of the closed statuses
   5. Here is a list of the statuses: About submitted forms statuses
