How can I alter the Default View on the Contacts screen. I'd like to add an additional status and make it the default. I know how to make custom views, but the team needs a tweak on the current default. Also, I'd like to always open contacts with more rows as part of that default.

      Thank you for the information. To clarify, if team member John creates a custom view with the columns / filters that he wants to see in Contacts - whenever he opens Contacts that will be the View that is displayed?

        Yes, it should re-open on the last view used.

      Bonnie,

      Currently there is no way to change the default view.  However, when you make and then select the custom data table view that you desire it will be the one that loads and you can continue to use it.  You can also share that view so your team can use it.  Here is our guide on creating those custom views for reference: Creating custom data table views

      As fas as increasing the rows that are not currently one of the abilities.  You may consider running reports with the same information you need instead.  Once you have the report you could even export and share it.  More on reports here: About Reports
