Why can't my user view comments on submitted forms on the animals profile?

A volunteer noticed that when she goes to her fosters profile to view submitted forms she cant see comments that are attached to that form. The column is there but thats it. Is that just a quirk or a setting that I can change?

        Must be just a quirk of that particular view. You have to click on the Form ID number to view the Submitted Form details and then the number of comments and link to those comments show up.

      I'm an online form and site admin and I cant see them.

        This is likely due to the volunteer not having the correct roles/permissions on her user login.

          She needs to have the Security User Role of "Online Form Reviewer"
