I need to convince my team that we should switch to RG forms. Can someone show me their website using RG forms? I realize there is a free trial, but my team would like to see them out in the wild before me move forward.

Thanks in advance.

I would be more than happy to set up a time for you to be able to "look" at how we use RG for all of our forms now. We've had to tweak and groan over the past 15 years, but it's the simplest to use as far as I'm concerned. If you are interested, go to candyscats.org/forms General Volunteer and just fill it out - but text me or email me at candyscats@gmail.com to let me know you are doing it and I'll let our volunteer coordinator know in advance.

I will say we're in the process of updating and streamlining our forms even more so for now you have the cumbersome version.

    Sophia,

Here's more information on the PDF Contracts feature Bobbi mentioned and how to process submitted forms:

    Using PDF contracts

How much space do I need to provide on my word doc for the PDF contract fields?

Using the submitted online forms feature

For adoption applications, you can include a drop down list of your available animals that an applicant can select. If they adopt a different animal, you would edit this on the back end. The form would then be connected to the applicant/adopter and the animal.

    Warmly,

    Michelle

      Sophia,

You can visit our website, nbran.org if you want to look at the rescue group form on a website. We use both he adoption application, located under the "Adopt" tab and also the volunteer application, located under the "Get Involved" tab. Then of course there is the owner surrender.

we use forms for surrender, adoption, foster.

once you set your forms up. you can then set up with CONTRACTS... RG will take your contract, and pre-populate it with the info you request (from their APPLICATION) and build the contract.

it's an AMAZING system. and I love it.
