The PDF Contract feature is a great time-saving feature!

When creating your PDF contract in Word or when sending us a PDF, you'll want to provide enough space on your document for us to add the form fields and enough space for the data to populate those form fields.

This means you should provide enough space between the lines of text (line-height) as well as provide enough field-length.

An example of a field that needs additional length is animal_breeds which uses a combination of primary, secondary, and mixed and may populate your PDF Contract with "Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd/Mixed"

Here is an example of what it looks like when we add the pdf contract fields. As you can see, there needs to be sufficient height and length for the fields.

You can learn more about the PDF Contract feature here: Using PDF contracts

If you have any questions, please open a support ticket and include your PDF contract and we'd be happy to let you know if any adjustments are needed.

      Warmly,

      Michelle
