How can I add a sentence or two as a statement that doesn't require an answer to an online form?

        I believe you can create a question with an Answer Type of "Content." (Don't pick anything for the "Select Groups."  Then add that "question" anywhere in your form.

        If you want a blurb at the top of your form–click on Online Forms, click the form name.  Add text to  "Form Introduction."
