We put it in the name of the animal, ie: Jazz (bonded pair with Suzi) and do the same in the other dog: Suzi (bonded pair with Jazz).
We do the same with adoption pending. Bob (Adoption Pending). We also use the adoption pending flag, but people tend to overlook it. Once adopted we remove it from the animal's name.

Is there a way to view relationship from the Animal List page, most importantly would be a way to indicated that they have the "must be adopted together" marked as "yes". I can not find Relationship in the field options under custom views.
