Hi Rani,
You can export all of your contacts (or just an email list) from your RescueGroups.org account and import into Constant Contact. Their import tool will automatically check for duplicates and not import the duplicates; therefore, there should be no need to do a massive validation of the imports. Just upload the csv and when you come back, it will tell you how many new contacts have been added and it will not import any duplicates.

Hi Patty,
Yes, you can export your contacts to a CSV file, then import into Outlook.
Depending on your version of Outlook the import instructions may vary, so you will want to search Microsoft's website for additional information with how to import.
If you do this, please be sure you abide by the CAN-SPAM Act rules.

Ok, but what about when I add new contacts to RG? I don't want to re-import all the contacts that are already in Outlook.

Has there been any consideration to a partnership with Constant Contact or Mail Chimp? We heavily use your database, online forms but the biggest task is constant monthly reconciliation of contacts between RG and our mailing program. We are unable to report on 'contacts added since' / a date range thus we are constantly doing a massive validation to determine who needs to be added.
