I want to be able to assign a specific contact when I approve an adoption application, but when I look at the drop down, all I see is my name and "anonymous."  I do not see any of the other contacts.  What do I need to do?

      Hi Barbara,

      To assign a form to a volunteer in your organization, you'll want to add the volunteer to the Group, Volunteer. To do this, edit the volunteer's contact record, and toward the bottom, next to Groups, click the checkbox next to Volunteer.

      For the volunteer to be able to then view the form, you'll want to create a user login for them and grant them appropriate permisions.
