I would like to create a printable report for all critters that shows:

Name, ID no;

SN: date, vet;

HWT: date, result, weight (plus possibly other fields)

FELV/FIV: date, result, (plus possibly other fields)

I am lost and don't know where to start

    I get all this information in the kennel card with journal entries report.  It is a printable report per animal that shows all journal entries.  This is what we print to give to adopters.


    You have to have your medical set up as journal entries to do this however.
