Hi Cathy,
RescueGroups.org Import Accounts are processed hourly, so this should certainly be possible. Occasionally, images take an additional hour or so to upload to your account. If you are still encountering the issue you reported, please contact our support team so that we can help you troubleshoot this situation for your account.

I have Animal Shelter Manager set up to publish to RescueGroups.org and other sites every 2 hours. It is going through to all other sites every 2 hours except for RescueGroups.org. It only goes through at 03:00. I am using the Toolkit to publish the animals to our website, so I need it to update often. Help!
