The upload to Petfinder (and their subsequent import) happens on an hourly basis. It takes a total of about 1-2 hours for your data to be updated on the public Petfinder pet list. We are looking at ways to decrease the time required, but that is mostly dependant on the Petfinder systems to process your data in a timely manner.

It is taking 2-3 days for our animals to show on petfinder. Is there a reason?

Do you know why Petfinder is not updating? Very frustrating to have added new pets and they aren't appearing at all on Petfinder. And we have some that were adopted but are still showing as available.

How often is RescueGroups.org exporting our pet data to Petfinder?
We have kitties that were marked "adopted" over a week ago still showing on petfinder.com. What is causing this problem as it is new with the petfinder sync change?
We have been waiting for almost a week for our pets to be updated on Petfinder.
