The new FTP upload started on our account today and now every dog is on Petfinder 2x.  Will that get corrected? I would also like to know if there is a way to force a sync so we can add or delete a dog if we need to a moments notice?

    Our cat listings are still being duplicated in search results?  I'm not sure if this is something being worked on?

      We're having the same issue - logged into Petfinder Pro admin site, and we have dupes of every cat & dog.

      Any idea how long it'll take to "update and delete old pets"?

        Same-ish issue here. We were using the sync, then we followed the email instructions to do nothing and let the new service kick in. This morning I noticed a need for authorization, so I authorized. I just checked petfinder, a lot of our adopted dogs are on there with photos, the dogs we currently have available are listed without photos. Will this resolve itself over time, or do we have to have someone log in and do some housekeeping?

          Actually my Petfinder Pro Admin Pet list also has every dog 2x it did not delete the old posts it just uploaded every dog again.

            The photos eventually made it over, but we still have a lot of old/adopted dogs showing and we're getting apps for them. Do we all need to go in and delete the dogs that are not suppose to be there? They're all marked pending or adopted in RG, so clearly Petfinder did not dump the data and replace with a fresh import. I really don't want to spend the time housekeeping if they're still working on the issue, I spend too many hours a day on rescue as it is.

              Darlene,

              Your public Petfinder pet list should update and delete the old pets.  You'll notice that your Petfinder Pro admin pet list is correct.  Thanks for your patience.

              No, there is no way to force an upload.  If you update a pet the upload to Petfinder will occur for your account on the next cycle, and that's the fastest the upload can happen.

                We keep getting the error "Petfinder FTP export disabled for account XXXX". How do I enable it? I went to Petfinder/pro and set up an API key but that doesn't seem to help. What do I need to do?
