I created emails that cover each aspect of an application where we might have a question based on an answer.  We do all of our adopter communication through RG and find it's such an effective tool.

For example when their name doesn't appear on the ownership or lease records, the email name is:

"Applicant name not on lease or records"

Thank you for your application to adopt with Candy's Cats. Upon checking the address you provided, it seems your name does not appear as the home owner or the lessee. Our application process does require that the person applying must be the home owner or lessee for an apt, and if not, we will need their contact information to confirm that they are aware and give permission for the adoption. Thank you for choosing Candy's Cats

Then we personalize when we need to.  We have about 35 customizable emails. They're short, sweet and get to the point.  We always have the "Important Message....." as the subject line.  I hope this helps.

        Hi Lindsey,

Unfortunately, the current version of our Online Forms does not support conditional logic.  However, we do have plans to update this in the near future and I have added a request in our issues tracking system, called JIRA, to address this and get it on the list for our next release.

You can view that request here:   CMTY-332 - Add Conditional Question options to Online Forms Open

You can login to JIRA to watch, comment, and vote on this issue by using the same username and password that you use for this Question and Answer system.  If you do not have a username and password, you can request one at this link:  Sign Up for Access to UserGuide, JIRA, and Stash

Other users can comment to this answer with suggestions for what they are using for conditional logic.

        Thank you!
