How do I send a form PDF to email?

When I have a submitted form, I don't want to view the PDF, but email it to another. How do I do that without having the print the PDF to the PDF printer and then emailing that? Is there a setting to send PDF instead of view it? Thank you.

      Hi Deb,

      If you are using the Online Forms features, you should be able to assign that form to another user (as long as you have the roles to do so, such as Online Form Manager).  However, if you are simply trying to forward the PDF of the form to another person, then you will need to view the form first, then click the down arrow that is in the upper right corner of your Internet Browser as shown below (in Chrome; this may appear differently in other browsers).  This allows you to download the PDF form, and then attach to an email.

      There is no direct way to email a PDF form from the RescueGroups.org interface.  It is designed to have those forms assigned to specific users, which will give them access to the the form details.

        Thanks, Andie. I was trying to get around downloading the PDF and emailing that.
