Is there a way to save a copy of the messages in RescueGroups.org in case we need to retrieve again after the volunteer handles and deletes from their mailbox?

    Shirley,

    For email:

    If the email address were set up as a mailbox with a forwarder you would have the email in the RescueGroups.org mailbox, and also receive it in the forwarding destination mailbox.  The issue would be that you would have to remember to clear out the mailbox to stay below the quota otherwise email will stop being forwarded (and the sender will receive an undeliverable report).

    For voicemail messages:

    You can use the above strategy, but also if the mailbox is not configured to automatically delete the message after being emailed up to 100 messages will be stored in the voicemail mailbox.  They are accessible with a web browser or via the phone.
