How do I add Online Forms Service to our RescueGroups.org account?

I would possibly like to add online forms as a service, but it doesn't show as an option for me. Do you offer it still? If so, how do I look into it or activate?

      Online Forms is available by default with the RescueGroups.org Website Service.  If your account has the Website Service feature, you access Online Forms by going to RescueGroups.org and clicking Login.  After logging in, select Features > Online Forms.

      If you do not have the RescueGroups.org Website Service, you can add the Online Forms Service by going to RescueGroups.org and clicking Login.  After logging in, select Services > Add Online Forms service.  To add services to your RescueGroups.org account, you must be a Site Admin on your account.
