How do I add a menu item on our website that links to a PDF file?

We would like a link in our menu to a downloadable PDF version of our adoption application.  How do we do this with our RescueGroups.org website service?

      To accomplish creating a linkable PDF file from the menu, you will need to first upload the file, then create the menu item, and finally add the menu item to your Web Menu.  The process is as follows:

      1) Upload your files (PDF and Word Docs) to Website > Files & Documents
      2) Copy the URL's to each file to a .txt file on your computer (Notepad on a PC, or TextEdit on a Mac). You're going to use those URL's in the next step.

      Create Menu Items linked to the files:
      3) Go to Website > Menus
      4) Click on the number of menu items (23)

      5) Click Add an Item to this Web Menu
      6) Click the green Add icon to create a new menu item
      Name*- what you see, so maybe something like: PDF Adoption Application
      Text* - what visitors see, so maybe something like Adoption Application (PDF)
      Destination Url - paste the full URL to the file
      7) Save Menu Item
