Kennel card is printing tiny print all of a sudden

      Hi Chalice,

      When an issue begins to occur suddenly, please feel free to open a support ticket with us so that we can look to see if anything has changed recently that may be contributing to the issue you are experiencing.  

      The first thing to check, as the Kennel Card is essentially a report that you print, is to look at the preview of the print.  Is the text small on that preview?  The report will pull the animal description from the animal record, so if there is any HTML coding in the description, it could cause the report to print with that information formatted; ie, small text.  

      If the text looks normal on the preview, it may be an issue with the printer.  The printer uses it's own character recognition to print documents.  A firmware or software update may be necessary to correct the issue.

      If this does not resolve the problem for you, please open a support ticket so that we can look at your specific kennel card and see if we can see what is causing this for you.
