How do I add a new field to "add an animal"

We want to track alter dates, vaccination dates and other health info.  How do I add these fields to the animal record?

      Monica,

      Our rescue uses Journal Entries to track health information. For example, we added a JE Type of "Vaccination - Rabies"; "Vaccination - DHLPP"; "Spay/Neuter"  etc.
