How do I change the information that shows at the top and bottom of an animal description?

There is information at the top and bottom of the animal description when I export that I cannot change.  I did not add this information and it is not in the animal description.  How do I change this?

      The information that shows above and below an animal description are the Animal Description Header/Footer.  To change this information, go to https://rescuegroups.org and click LOGIN, choose Animals > Animal Description Header & Footer and make the necessary changes.  Click Save Header/Footer to save your changes.

        I have this same issue. There is text that only shows up at the top of the exported pet description. It does not show up in the header or on our own website. It shows up on the export preview, so I feel like it originates from rescue groups, not on petfinder or adoptapet. Help!
