I am trying to give someone permission to our RescueGroups.org account.  When I try to create a login the system tells me that the email address is already in use.  But I cannot find this person in my Contacts list.

      The person may have registered and already have a Login with you.  For example, they may have registered on your website, or started to submit on Online Form.  But for various reasons the person has not been added to your Contacts list.

      The best way to find the person is to search the Logins.

      1. Login to manage.rescuegroups.org
      2. Go to Contacts > User Login Accounts.
      3. Click the search icon (magnifying glass).
      4. Enter part of the person's name (ex., their last name).
      5. Press enter or click the Search button.
      6. Click the Username in the list to go to their Login.

      You should see a message at the top of the page:

      This contact has not been added to your contact list.
      Add as a new contact or Merge with an existing contact.

      You can click on the links to either add the person as a new contact, or merge with an existing contact.  Once you have done that you can add one or more Roles to their Login so they have the appropriate permissions to your account.
