There are several reasons a pet may not show up on your Toolkit.
Check and make sure that your exports are enabled, and that the pet isn’t a Courtesy Listing if your Toolkit doesn't display Courtesy pets.
They also won’t show up if the animal's status is not public, or the export of the specific animal is disabled.

Hrm. When looking at my animals, I see that I have the ability to select PetFinder and Adoptapet as my exports, but there is no box that says "Allow Exports". Is there another setting I should be choosing to make that available? I have my exports set up and have enabled the list of places where our information will be exported, but when I check the boxes for Petfinder and Adoptapet on each individual animals page and click save, when I look at the profile again it just shows the dash Minus (-) for exports.

I've added pets into my pet list and have set up my toolkit on my webpages, but only 6 of my animals show up. Not all my pets have photos added, but even some that do have photos aren't showing in my general search. Is there something I have to click or add that will make them show? What am I doing wrong?
