How can I report the Name , ID, Date Created , Count(files uploaded )... for each animal

How can I report the Name , ID, Date Created , Count( files uploaded, media )... for each animal  in my report.

I would like this report  so we can verify that all animals have the required files we need.

Example:

               |            |  Creation    | Files          | History | Media | 

Name      | Id       |  Date           | Count        | Count | Count | Adoptions  |

      Terry,

      Our system doesn't have the information available via the Reports or Views.  I may be able to create a custom report for you if you'd like to open a support ticket.  Please include a list of the fields/data you want on the report (the tabular data is not necessary for the ticket).
