I'd recommend that you open a support ticket concerning this issue, and please include the specific URL and/or web pages you are trying to access when you receive that error message.

I have been getting complaints from users that they are getting the message saying The server at (URL) is taking too long to respond. I have tried on 5 different computers and keep getting the same message: Is there something that I might be going on witht the server?
