We keep getting e-mails from an old support ticket to our follow-up e-mail address every minute, now our mailbox is full.

      Ann,

      I don't immediately see the ticket or the emails that are being sent to you.  Could you please open a ticket with the information including the ticket ID that you are seeing this problem with?  You can open a new ticket on our support website or by emailing support@rescuegroups.org.
