Disable a single question?

Can you disable a single question vs. having to build an entirely new application form so you can disable the existing form in which the question exists? I want to disable the question so it's basically removed from the existing form but the question/previous applicant responses are maintained. Thanks.

      Bobbi, thanks for your last response and sorry that this follow-up is so late:  Are original answers also retained in the email when answer types and/or required answer designations are changed?

          We get an email every time we get an application.  If you go to your account 'settings' then go to 'email alerts' you can have the system notify you when you get an app!!

        I previously answered, but failed to read the WHOLE question...

        You're right, once a question is removed from the form, the answers are removed from previous users.  The exception being, the original answers are retained in the EMAIL you got.  but not the online form.  Sorry.
