We use several spay/neuter centers and vets to spay and neuter our fosters and our TNR's. I would like to know where a particular animal was spayed/neutered. And also can I do the same with vets - can I associate a vet with the animals that it treated.

      Lisa,

It is important to know that each organization operates differently and depending upon the level of RescueGroups.org service an organization has, different features may or may not be available to them.

That being said, we would suggest that you look into the Animal Journal feature or the Custom Animal Group feature. These features are both available with our Data Management or Website Service. Both of these features could help you associate a specific veterinarian with a particular animal.

Well, there is a place to name a 'foster'   This comes from the role 'caretaker/foster'  and if you granted that  'group' to your providers, you could select it on each animal's profile

What if you labeled them as 'fosters' (assuming TNR's don't use fosters)

Thanks for the quick response. But I a trying to associate a vet or clinic with the animal. I'm not sure how labeling them as fosters will help with this.
