what user role is needed to view custom shared reports?

I have a volunteer who can only see 1 of our custom shared reports and I see 3 of them.

      The Shared Reports should follow the same permissions as the object the report is of.  So if it's a report on Donations, they would need the same permissions that are required to view Donations.  If you need additional help please open a support ticket and we can take a look.
