Can a Single Event be deleted?

We have created multiple events for venues that are the same day of the month, but have had a need to delete a single event from the schedule and are not able. Error received is: 80085: Unable to delete the record because it's in use.

      I believe that the "record in use" is because you have either Animal Attendance, or one or more Animal Meet Requests associated with that event.  You would need to remove those before you can delete the Event.
