Is it possible for an applicant to have another drop down option of "multiple" if they are interested in more than 1 animal or something more generic such as "puppy"?  We currently leave the option blank and fill it in manually when we review the application and have found many people list more than 1 animal or just say they want a puppy.  When this field is blank it hard to tell how many applications a dog or cat has on it.

We don't use the dropdown selection for an animal on our form.  We just have a general question on our form that asks what animal(s) interested in.   We created an animal with the name "Multiple - see comments."  Then we assign this as the animal on the application page and put in the comments what animals they are interested in.

      Hope this helps!

We have added the "Available Animals" question to the form multiple times, but the application is only added to the 1st animal.  Is there a way to make it attach to multiple animals?

Hi Richard, I tried to change change the "answer type" so that applicants are forced to pick a dog name but I don't see it as an option.  How do I fix this?

Currently a Submitted Form can only have one animal selected.  That is typically collected via the Available Animals question.  We recommend that you have an additional manual/custom question on the form like "Which additional pets are you interested in?"  But only the pet selected via the Available Animals question would be selected as the Animal on the Submitted Forms list.
