We are finding more and more applicants are not reading the dog's Bio information or they are not reading our adoption process information. So we would like to make a page prior to the application page form where they have to read it before moving on to complete the form. Is there any easy way to do this?

      Hi Patty,

Yes. You can do this by adding in information before a form in the form introduction.

      • From https://manage.rescuegroups.org
      • Click Features > Online Forms.
      • Click on the name of your form (ex., Adoption Application)
      • Next to: Form Introduction
      • Click: View and update the form introduction here.

That text will appear before an applicant fills out the form.

We would like to do something similar, but want a list of questions that the applicant would answer regarding our policy  to adopt from us.  Is this possible?

        Hi Barbara,

I suppose you could create a Pre-Adoption application.

Once they submit the pre-adoption application, you could then go to Submitted Forms, click the icon that looks like an envelope and send them a message with a link to your adoption application form.

Alternatively, you could create a bulleted list in the Form Introduction, and ask if they understand your adoption policy and agree, then continue to the form. If you need further help, please open a support ticket and we can assist you.

        Thanks,

        Michelle
