How often does our pet information get exported to RescueGroups.org?

   Dawn,

   If you are using another system (like Chameleon, iShelters, Animal Shelter Manager, etc) to export pets to RescueGroups.org as you mentioned, you would need to contact that system to find out how often your pets are exported.  In that case, we import your pets from that uploaded data once an hour.

   If you mean how often are your pets exported to the adoption listing websites, that is a completely different question, and I'll answer it here for future reference.  We export to Adopt-a-Pet.com about once an hour.  The export to Petfinder via the Sync App would happen according to the schedule you set in the Sync App on your computer.  And for the hundreds of websites that use the RescueGroups.org API, your adoptable pets are available virtually immediately.
