What was the solution here? Saving the thumbnail didn't work for me either. How can you download pics you've uploaded to RG?

Hi Sam,
Here's how to do this: How can I save a picture from an animal's popover media gallery?
- Sam Maurice
Hi, Thanks for the reply. I did see that thread and tried that method, but it didn't work. The thumbnail only saves as an image that's 100 x 114 pixels, while the media manager reports the actual size to be 1578 x 1800 pixels. So I'm still searching for a way to do this.

Hi Sam, Which web browser are you using? Can you try this in a different web browser like Chrome?
- Sam Maurice
Chrome is actually my default browser. But I also tested in Firefox and IE without success.

Is there a simple way to download a photos we have previously uploaded? We sometimes use photos of past animals for newsletters and such. We try to keep a the original photos on our own machines, but sometimes the only copy of a photo we have is the one that's been uploaded. Since the photos show up in a lightbox in the animal list on Rescue Groups, we can't just simply right click and save. Right now I take screenshots and save the photos that way, but it'd be nice if there was a way to simply download the file that we had uploaded previously.
ETA: I have tried saving the thumbnail from all the views I could think of (animal listings, individual animal detail page, and the animal media page), and I've tried accessing them via FTP with no luck (our "pictures" folders were all empty).
