How do I edit contact information questions on an Online Form?

Once a form has been created, how do I edit the default contact information questions that are included in the form. I can easily see where to edit/remove/add new questions but not the first section which is the contact information. On one of my forms I want to remove the text pager/email field that I accidentally made a required field.

      Hi Jim, The user can edit the Online Form and change the fields to Collect and which should be required.
