Why am I receiving an Online Form submit error?

When the "submit" button is clicked on the online form, an error comes back:

"There is no email program associated with requested action." (The form does have an email selected to received the email replies.)  Idea for fixing this?

      Peg,

      I noticed your Support Ticket concerning this same issue.  We replied back to you on that ticket – the Online Form that you were referencing was not using the ResceuGroups.org Online Forms feature whatsoever.

        Richard,

        We have some form submitters receiving the same error.  It doesn't happen all the time and it isn't to a certain email extension.  I'm wondering if its an email validation issue with some extensions?  How can we correct this?

          For our group, people often get errors when doing forms on a phone or tablet but never when they use a computer (this has been the case for years). I'm wondering if this is a known issue and/or if it is being worked on.
