We love the journal entries and like that we can display them on kennel cards, but don't necessarily want to display all of them or allow all individuals who have a user login access to them. A feature where we could identify a type of journal entry as private would be incredibly helpful. Then, perhaps only allow user accounts (for the data management service) with journal admin roles see those private entries.

Thanks for considering!

Could you give us an example of the types of journal entries you would want to hide from non-Admin roles?

I think we could also leverage an improvement like this to designate which entries can/should be given to an animal's new family?

We are presently doing Journal Entries for Microchip Registered and Microchip Form Updated, which helps us run reports for our staff. We don't want this to appear on the Kennel Card at time of adoption!
