Amy, not all of the drop down values can be changed. Many of them are "hard-coded" values, especially the ones that are related to other websites, services, and reports. For example, the animal Conditions are hard-coded because they are used by the Asilomar reports (and Maddie's Fund reports).

Hi there- we are new to RescueGroups and still test driving. Forgive me if I am missing the obvious - but can't seem to find where/how we can change or customize the drop down menu items. For example, when making a template, the drop down for "condition" offers deceased, healthy, treatable etc but we don't use those terms. So how can I customize to what we need? AND I have not yet figured out how to eliminate a field altogether.
