    Maria, there's no way we can verify your password, because we can't see your current password it in our database.  We can, however, see the same email that was sent to you – and help make sure you are entering the user name and password exactly as it is shown in the email.

    The most common login issues with new passwords include:

    • Entering the wrong user name (multiple user names can be confusing, that is why the user name is shown in the email with the password).
    • Entering a previous password.  Some users reset their password multiple times, but then try to use a previous password instead of the most recent one.
    • Entering the password incorrectly.  It's important to enter the password exactly as it appears in the email you receive.  If you need to, you can copy & paste the password (and user name) to the login form.
